Wrench · Terms of Service
Terms for using Wrench.
These Terms govern installation of and access to the Wrench Discord bot and its web dashboard. Wrench is an independently operated service provided by Tewlzbox.
Effective September 2, 2026
Acceptance and authority
By installing Wrench, using its dashboard, or allowing it to remain in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms and the Wrench Privacy Policy. If you install or configure Wrench for a server, you represent that you have permission to do so.
You must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other rules that apply to your use of Discord.
What Wrench provides
Wrench provides Discord server-management, moderation, automation, messaging, and dashboard tools.
Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed as Wrench develops. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wrench is provided without charge.
Your responsibilities
Server owners and authorized dashboard managers are responsible for Wrench’s configuration, the permissions granted to it, the channels in which it operates, and the moderation actions they select. You should grant only permissions needed for enabled features and review configuration warnings.
You may not use Wrench to violate law, Discord policy, another person’s rights, or the security of any service. You may not abuse, probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to Wrench, its dashboard, or its infrastructure.
Your content and configurations
You retain responsibility for material and settings you submit through Wrench. You grant Wrench permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to provide the configured service.
Do not submit content you lack permission to use. Wrench may remove content or disable configurations reasonably believed to be unlawful, abusive, unsafe, or incompatible with Discord’s policies.
Availability and changes
Wrench is provided on an “as available” basis. Uptime, delivery timing, data preservation, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Discord outages, API changes, permission changes, rate limits, maintenance, or service failures may delay or prevent features from operating.
These Terms may be updated when Wrench’s features, legal obligations, or operating practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
Removal and termination
A server owner may remove Wrench through Discord or the dashboard. Some saved configuration may remain available in case Wrench is reinstalled, as explained in the Privacy Policy, unless deletion is requested.
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law or Discord policy, address abuse, or discontinue the service. Provisions that logically survive termination—including responsibility for prior conduct and limitations of liability—continue to apply.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wrench is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. You are responsible for reviewing automated moderation and scheduled actions and for maintaining appropriate server safeguards.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tewlzbox and Wrench’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of access, or server disruption arising from use of or inability to use Wrench.
