Wrench · Privacy Policy
How Wrench handles data.
This policy applies specifically to the Wrench Discord bot and Wrench dashboard. The rest of Tewlzbox is covered by the separate website Privacy page.

Data Wrench stores
Wrench stores limited Discord account, server, and current server-permission information needed to identify authorized dashboard users and provide service to participating servers. Permission-derived dashboard access is rechecked by Wrench and expires when verification becomes stale.
Wrench also stores settings and content submitted by authorized users, together with operational records and aggregated activity information needed to run, maintain, and improve its features.
Wrench does not ask for payment information and does not use stored data to build advertising profiles.
Data processed temporarily
Discord provides events and content needed for the features a server chooses to enable. Wrench processes that information only as needed to perform the requested moderation, automation, messaging, role, and polling functions.
Transient content used to complete an immediate action is not retained unless continued storage is necessary for the configured feature, operational accountability, abuse prevention, or another purpose described in this policy.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, confirm management authority, provide configured features, display useful service information, maintain reliability and accountability, secure Wrench, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.
Wrench does not sell personal data or use it for behavioral advertising.
Retention
Dashboard audit history is retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Dashboard analytics present the most recent 30 days of aggregated server activity. Other transient information is discarded when it is no longer needed for the immediate operation.
Submitted settings, content, and related operational records may remain while Wrench is installed or as needed to support reinstallation, security, troubleshooting, and deletion requests. Removing Wrench from a server does not by itself immediately erase preserved settings.
Data may be retained longer when reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or resolution of an active dispute.
Access, removal, and deletion requests
Authorized users can disable or remove configured features and content, manage dashboard access, and remove Wrench from their server. Dashboard users may also delete their Tewlzbox account under the separate website privacy practices.
To request access to or deletion of Wrench data associated with your Discord account or server, contact tewl and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or server. Authority may be verified before server-wide data is disclosed or deleted. A request may be limited where retention is required for security, legal compliance, or the rights of others.
Security, age, and changes
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect Wrench data. For security reasons, this policy does not describe internal systems, network design, credentials, monitoring methods, or defensive controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Wrench is intended only for people permitted to use Discord under Discord’s age requirements. This policy may be updated as Wrench’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. Material updates will be published here with a revised date.
Privacy questions or requests
